The new year will usher in a new name and domain for us here at OrangePoint.  Our new name is Monarch Broadcast Messaging and our new domain is:  MonarchBroadcast.com

The OrangePoint.net domain will be redirected to the new website automatically so you don't have to be concerned about accidentally losing us.  We'll still be offering you the same excellent phone, text, email and fax broadcasting services, along with our unparalleled commitment to personal customer service.

We chose Monarch Broadcast Messaging because it accurately depicts our mission as we continue to grow.  For the past 16 years we've evolved from a fax broadcasting service bureau to a vibrant and robust multi-media delivery provider that focuses on electronic data and voice messages.  If you want to get information out to hundreds, even thousads, quickly, then we're the company you're looking for.  Whether you are sending alerts, notices, or updates, consider us as your one-stop shop to process your phone, text, email or fax broadcasts.

We handle a lot of transactions and services - phone broadcasting, robo calls, phone blasts, town hall teleconferencing, computer and cloud faxing, mass sms texting services, and communication products.  But while the technology can all be the same, there is one thing that keeps our customers coming back -- excellent customer service.  It's an area that we have never taken for granted and that we constantly seek to improve.  In fact, customer service is our highest priority.

-- nearly 80% have cancelled a transaction because they didn't think customer service was up to par.
-- most customer have gotten angry over poor customer service and 40% have told their current providers that they moving their business elsewhere.

Yes, it's always nice when a big newspaper calls and asks for comments about our many services.  Just last week one the big Canadian newspapers, the respected Vancouver Sun called and inquired about our Tele-Town Hall, or Town Hall Teleconference, services.  We were happy to help them out with their story and thrilled when we saw it in print.  (We say "thrilled" because many times you never see a story published.)

You can now find us on the Internet at both OrangePoint.net and Orange-Point.net.  Either domain name gets you to our website in a flash.  We just were able to obtain the Orangepoint.net address when its previous owner did not renew it.  We figured that having a domain without the hyphen might be a little easier for folks to find us.

Nothing else changes and for most of our customers and/or prospects the whole thing will be transparent.  Either way, you'll continue to enjoy our customer service and quality suite of products that are designed to improve your business and offerings.  From all of us at Monarch Broadcast, thank you for your continued patronage!
